Advantech is an organisation set up by Preeti & Sanjiv Shah, specifically to introduce into India sustainable products which are 100% eco-friendly.

The Government of India, led by our Prime Minster Shri Narendra Modi is committed to phase out single use plastics and disposable plastic and Styrofoam products in the next few months.

Also as per the Jal Shakti Abhiyaan, water conservation will be a major thrust area of the government.

Keeping this vision in mind, Advantech has introduced into the Indian market environment friendly tableware, drinking straws and cutlery which are biodegradable, compostable, strong, aesthetic and attractive.

Your functions, parties and get togethers will have another talking point when you serve your food in our products. They are leak proof, oil and water proof.

You also save precious water in washing up utensils, estimated at 200 litres for a party of 10 persons.

We have introduced products in the following categories 

 

 TABLEWARE:  

  • 100% BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE TABLEWARE – like Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Clamshell  Containers, Compartment  Trays and other similar products.
  • These are produced from Sugarcane Bagasse (waste) in standard sizes and shapes.
  • The tableware can withstand Boiling Water (100C) and Hot Oil (120C) for up to 2 hours. 
  • They have great strength to take appropriate weight and do not bend or distort when loaded with hot food.
  • These are perfectly suited for Indian market as our foods are oily and always served piping hot.
  • After use, they are thrown away and will totally degrade in about 60 days in landfill.
  • They are attractive and aesthetic and will be the talk of your gathering or event.

 

CUTLERY: 

  • 100% BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE CUTLERY – Spoons, Forks, Knives, Skewers and similar items. 
  • These are produced from 100% Sustainable Birch Wood
  • Ideal for Indian Conditions with suitable strength for cold and hot foods.
  • After use, they are thrown away and will totally degrade in about 60 days in landfill.

 

DRINKING STRAWS:

  • 100% BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE STRAWS – 6MM AND 8MM.
  • For the first time in India, alternative to plastic and paper straws both of which are harmful to the environment.   
  • They do not soften or degrade in liquids.
  • Suitable for cold and warm drinks (up to 60°C)
  • Multiple use in a single day.
  • After use, they are thrown away and will totally degrade in about 90 days in landfill.
